I don't think Chris is mentally competent enough to be innocent or guilty in the eyes of the law. I don't think he really understands right and wrong in the sense we do.

Do I think he did it, yes. Is it heinous, yes. Guilty by my standards, yes.

If you mean by the rule of law then that is the concern of the weak and cowardly; he who is punished is guilty, he who escapes punishment is innocent. Such is the law of Omerta.

Seriously though I'm willing to bet Barb was at least ok with it. They're both freaks and she's been on at least a 10 year dry spell since Bob died.
