I called the other team faggots in chat the other night, and didn't get kicked. So it's better than most other online games.

If there are troons in TF2, I haven't noticed them. I've seen furries, weebs, and bronies. But no trannies yet.

Although I find Unreal Tournament to be a better fit for me, Quake 3 is basically perfection in terms of basic design.
There's nothing bad about the game, basically. Maps can be changed.
Except maybe the netcode as above.

I really liked Unreal Tournament Alpha as a true successor for these types of shooters but it was put on the backburner on an extremely low heat due to Fortnite :(
Quake became worse and worse for each iteration after 3.
