Create your own (this will depend at what point in time you do, because the admin is trying to fight off spammers every now and then).

Then you may need a higher post count, reactions, or trophy points (unlikely).
I looked at the thread where this started, as you can see (at the time) Null said that this feature was only open to Senior accounts. Since you're from 2019, the only other criteria is for you to be able to see the "secret board" (see last image of the post).

Secret boards (the "Supporters" I believe is only open to people who have the "True & Honest Fan" tag, which is acquired either by donating to the site, or if they gift you the tag (they gifted me one)).
"Top-Secret Inner Circle" is the one you want, which I think (I'm not sure right now) is accessible to accounts with enough post count, which you lack (+ account age, which you already have).
