It's actually the opposite. Top chat is showing the spam testing messages and live chat isn't. They are referring to the messages form Aqua not Valtis Tigrel. This is why his argument is stupid. If Aqua was shadow banned, it shouldn't show his messages in top chat but not live chat. That makes no sense. He's butt hurt over a YouTube bug and yelling at Ralph about it.
 
So I don't know or care who this Diogenes dude is, but he's clearly butt-hurt that Jim helped boost Donga's numbers back in the day, and is now doing it for Ralph, but never did it for him- (Which is why he's a loser that nobody cares about now.)

He initially meant on Discord. As I have reminded him MULTIPLE times, and told Jim, Zidan, and Gator in DMs to remind him I was the one who banned the animes and other people doxxing, because Ralph asked me to do so as a mod. I didn't run anything through him, I banned first and let him know why I banned people. The only person who had the full list was Snaggletooth, and I know she used it to ban other people on other servers she was an admin on.

EDIT: He switched it to "on YouTube" after I DM'd him and put out a public tweet to remind him.

This man has a serious conspiratorial persecution complex going on related to (((them))). Is this what someone going schizo in real time looks like? Diogenes sounds like he's in his mid-late 20's, prime time for turning schizo.
 
I'm not sure I 100% believe that Jim doesn't have an account here. (Not that I blame him at all for not admitting it.)
