Based on the title I was hoping Yuke Nikkifags came together and put out a magnum opus fangame where anything and everything would be possible in the realm of dreams and procedural generation, sad to find out it's just gachaslop.Title of thread made me thought it was a Yume Nikki fangame.
Always was weird to me how Peach looked in 3d even back during the n64 era. Her 2d art for most stuff up till a little after n64 really looks different. Somewhere during either Gamecube or Wii era onwards I remember 2d stuff started kinda having her look more like the 3d model. This is just Princess Peach Showtime except the main character doesn't look like a blow up doll
I alway hated the idea of gacha mechanics and stayed well away from those games but the old nikki game I played almost all outfits were available for free as long as you saved up on in game currency and completed events on time so it wasn't that bad.realized it was a gacha
Like Genshin, you can get diamonds (the currency for buying pulls, ) from opening chests, doing puzzles, quests, world EXP, etc, and 10 pulls = 1200 diamonds. In the time I've played, I've completed the main quests in Florawish and done a bunch of running around and exploring and gotten ~80 pulls (majority on the regular banner, the rest split between the limited banners). A decent portion of that has come from the newcomer rewards. I can't tell yet, but I'll know if it slows down once I get through the second town. Also, in each banner, there's a counter that shows X/total clothing pieces and when you click it it'll show what pieces you already have and what outfit they're a part of. For the limited banners, it's possible to get "free" items (accessories or makeup) every 5/20/etc. pulls. What are the gacha mechanics like?
