It was already a needle hole to land a hoe. Now you find your equal and they're comparing you to some theoretical person on tinder they might've could've maybe've land, so they ghost you.

Everyone is equally alone yet women favor the online attention that men can't get, sating neither party.
 
Speaking from an anthropological POV, was there a period in human history where women had a more active role in chasing male partners whereas men weren't so active contrary to how it is today? I've heard about matriarchal societies but I don't know if that was the case.

Depending on what the answer is, assuming it'll increase non-stop, the whole redpill/incel phenomenon might force people to invert the roles in dating dynamics if the current dynamic wears out (which seems to be the case).

Honestly, I think that harems for rich dudes was the norm for most of human history. Assuming that the 80-90% of women only want 10-20% of men theory is true, that doesn't bode well for even average Joes.

And if you're a sperg of any kind, you might as well call it a day and walk away to save yourself the trouble of being rejected repeatedly.
