Oh I got some personal experience on this, first make sure you deliberately stay away from girls, forever, so that they won't interact with you even if they want.

Then make sure to make it not about romance, sexuality, or even horniness, forget about that and blame girls for unrelated personal issues like how much you hate your dad, how small is your peepee and how that 12 year old killed you on Call of Duty.

Finally, find like minded individuals on places like 4chan cry about how girls only like assholes instead of nice guys like you, while simultaneously wishing a slow painful death to every human in the world that had the nerve to be born with XX chromosomes.

That's enough for begginers I think but for bonus point you can always become racist too on those internet cliques.

This is actually very easy to do these days. Just create a Twitch account and subscribe to multiple hot tub streamers. You get to hear thank you from your dream gf all the time. Hearing thanks from hot women gets very euphoric I heard.
