She's 100% rescheduling it. Maybe its just me but I feel like her doing this surgery would be a death sentence for her?
 
Cancelling this kind of surgery are the last minute is not like canceling a hair cut. There is a lot of work and planning for this surgery; OR time, anesthesia, post-op care, etc. If she cancels, they may not reschedule for quite some time. My view is that she will go through with the surgery.

For all we know, she may be already admitted for tomorrow’s surgery.
 
A smart surgeon, after a couple of interactions with her, would schedule her admission the evening before the surgery - if only to make sure she follows through with the fasting before surgery rule & the bowel prep. They might want to start her pre-emptively on a broad spectrum antibiotic as well. We don't know what her blood works or other pre-op screenings may have turned up that they might want to observe before surgery or correct/stabilize if they can.

Don't know if her hospital does that but it's also a good time to go over the post-op protocols; how they'll get her on her feet, any breathing exercises they'll want her to do post-op & reviewing wound care at home.

But... until she uploads or posts to her community tab, we're all in the dark.
 
Well, now that I think about it, I'm not sure she would want to give up the shelf-ass pats she expects after the surgery. And she would be expected to do more work during the move. There is a lot of lose-lose in that situation.

I still feel like there will be a cancellation.
 
I can't figure out if I think she's going through with it or not. Part of me wants her to go through with it to see what comes next, but the other part wants her to cancel to see if she keeps crying over her cancer.
 
It’s of zero importance to anything but did we ever find out what her red allergy band (during her last hospital visit) was for? It’s in my head that it’s for Penicillin but that may be Chantal...

(I did use the search function but the number of ‘ayggggss’ responses gave me a breakdown).
 
I'm on the fence about this reschedule thing. On one hand, it's very canon for Amber to be that irresponsible but I'm honestly not convinced quite yet she's scheduled anything at all. I just think of MSHPL and how a certain amount of weight usually needs to be dropped first - whether at home or in extreme cases, per hospital stay - because it's high risk and difficult to operate on someone that big. I don't know whether she's still dropping weight like she was claiming before but she looks big as ever to me.
 
There is honestly no point in her rescheduling the surgery. Her situation is not going to change one bit.

The move doesn't matter because she is massive and can't help anyways, apart from maybe dropping a few earreens in a box. She sure as fuck can't lift anything or rearrange furniture, and would get winded putting stuff on a shelf. The only reason why it MIGHT matter is her risk of infection being higher due to the change of environment, but her incision is likely going to become infected anyways because her hygiene is awful and Becky is too checked out to help clean her. Amber says they have no furniture, but she didn't have a bed at the gaycare either.

Her weight doesn't matter because she's not going to bother changing her habits. If she loses any weight, it will be because of the cancer, not because of her efforts.

She doesn't have a job or any other obligations, and she definitely won't mature if she waits any longer. Her finances will be just as fucked. Her odds of surviving won't increase.

She might as well get it over with. Or, you know, not even bother. At this rate her morbid obesity is going to finish her off long before her cancer will. If she survives, she won't learn anything and get right back to destroying herself because she doesn't blame herself for her illness. She might as well enjoy a few footlongs while she waits for the end. Yes, she will be in pain, but a 600lbs body is constantly hurting anyways.

That's for weight loss surgery, though. It's a non-emergency procedure, and you will still have to put in effort to lose weight afterwards. Weight loss surgery usually involves shrinking your stomach in some way to curb your appetite, although this means that if you're a compulsive eater or glutton, you'll go right back to stretching out your stomach and undoing all the hard work doctors put in. There's no point in performing it on a hopeless fatty who doesn't have the willpower to turn their life around, that's why people have to prove they're capable of losing weight beforehand.

Doctors still operate on fatties with life-threatening conditions, although some individuals may bail out due to the risks involved. In recent years medicine has become much less about keeping people healthy/alive and more about providing customer service, so you obviously can't tell a fatty you won't operate on them because they're too fat. That's also why more and more clinics equip themselves with bariatric equipment and MRI machines fit for zoo animals, and why nurses get to break their backs attempting to lift people that weigh four times as much as them. If she did schedule her surgery, Amber will obviously have been told that she should lose as much weight as possible to increase her chances of survival and proper healing, but doctors will still operate on her if she does not. It's not their problem if she croaks due to not giving a shit about her own body.

If it weren't for the fact that mermameth is there, I think shed cancel. But clearly momma is influencing her decisions, seeing her last grocery haul had fresh fruit and veggies that weren't frozen...
If she were a reasonable person, shed do the surgery now, seeing that the coof is rearing its ugly head around once more and KY might get hit hard in the coming weeks...
 
After two-ish years I'm still gobsmacked those tards decided to smear glow-in-the-dark paint all over the walls of a place they were renting for their Halloween party. Both butterball "beans" don't have two brain cells to rub together between them, so they likely forgot about the paint by the next day. Hell, that slack-jawed oaf Becky probably stares at the handprints every day since she's started living in the basement & it still doesn't register.

You know they don't have the decency or the physical stamina to paint back over them or scrub the walls.
 
She will go through the surgery (unless doctors postpone for any reason), not even facing the abyss of non existence can give The Beast an ounce of humbleness, a little bit of clarity to face her true odds and ask another surgeon for a second opinion (at least).

I assume Amber won't fuck around with the surgery. Mama's there and she knows that won't last forever, plus if she tries faking cancer on Youtube that's one of few egregious things that could get her effectively cancelled, or at least quicken her decline.
 
I don’t think she will cancel, if anything because Meth Mama has been there for three weeks already, leaving her Meth Daddy and shitty job to stay with that missed abortion that is her daughter. If Amber really has any compassion and empathy, she knows that, if she cancels, Meth will be pissed off for wasting three weeks of her life she could have spent doing drugs at home.

But again, nothing Amber has ever done has been logical or altruistic.
 
When's Amber due for a new vlog? It's been a while. I expected her to release a packing vlog helping with maybe ~1 box "see guisee I'm not making becky do all the moveen" but she's been pretty quiet on youtube these past couple days especially considering the huge medical bill that's about to land in her lap.
