Yes she's not full on guantanamo water boardiing some haji like her glowie father but i think making someone sit on their hands while you pour water over a towel on their face is a lot different than splashing your friend in the pool and can be fairly described as water boarding.
 
Also, I am disappointed at the lack of the burger king foot fungus in the feet pics. There is clearly no fungus (only some peach colored nail polish) on her toes in those pics.
She did previously complain about the shoes that belonged to her school uniform and how they hurt, I'd imagine she got the number 15 from walking around in them all day.

I believe they're in a dorm room, look at the bed frame and chest of drawers. The fact that there's 2 beds in the same room indicate that it's most likely at TTU.

Look at the fuckin state of that desk.

If this was shot Christmas Eve, then these are foreign kids or kids who didn't want to go home over Christmas break for whatever reason. There probably aren't a lot of people to hang out with at that point in the year, so you make do with what you have - inviting the weird fungus girl to hang out because you're bored as fuck. Alternatively, you finally take up the weird fungus girl's offer of hanging out in her dorm room and then this happens.

Of course that theory is dependent on ILJ and cohorts being on TTU campus at the time of this recording. Regardless, Bella is a creepy mushroom person and is absolutely disgusting.

Granted, I add in my own thoughts about her body language, but I think my description is very far from "LOOK AT HER RAPE THIS GURL OMG"

In fact, I acknowledge several times, there's no sound and no context, so we have no idea what is happening in this video.

It is however interesting, and warranted posting and discussion.

They're definitely in a dorm, it has the same shitty faux wooden floor like the other dorms we've seen pictures of bella in. It's not bella's room, or any room we know as bella's at least. Likely it's one of her neighbors or friends in the same building.
 
It's almost like they're playing, but the girl who isn't Bella looks to be getting increasingly frustrated with it, and Bella is feeding off the reaction.

I say maybe it began as play because the girl gets away, her body language has a "okay that's enough" feel to it as she's walking back toward Bella, and her reaction to Bella starting to try to touch her looks like genuine surprise. She expected it to be over. Like getting away to the door and saying she's done should have been it.

It feels like there's "rules" (or just precedent) and Bella is breaking them by being a fucking weirdo. Bella seems like the kind of person who pushes and pushes until she gets a reaction.

The conveniently missing sound probably makes it a lot clearer.
 
That waterboarding is pathetic by the way. I mean, don't waterboard people even for laughs it's horiffic, but they barely even gave his body enough time to panic. But just don't fuck with waterboarding it's not cool.

it was a pathetic attempt, but her little comment of ,,I liked it anyway" at the end annoys me for some reason
 
Those nail polish pics are haunting me. It looks like she just used a pale pink polish to try and hide the fuckin' decaying state of her toenails.
They've got texture too, so she either layered that shit on or her nailbed is so fucked that her nails will always grow in mangled and ugly.

Also, that bra is either heavily padded or a push-up. Leaning towards the former because compared to the shoulder straps and the back, that's how thick the fabric actually is, and the cups seem to be holding their shape while not in use way, way too well.

I’m a dumb ‘ol retard who basically unintentionally water boarded myself once (sprayed my face with a garden hose while wearing a gaiter outdoors in the heat) and I can wholly agree with this entire post

It reminds me of something you'd see on Jackass, being annoying and all that. I think it's important to take all of this stuff with a grain of salt. It's really easy to project the worst possible context onto content based on preconceived notions about a person and without sound it's really hard to say.
Remember that association is voluntary. If a person is friends with, or hangs out with, someone like this, then that's a voluntary thing.

Just trying to be a voice of reason. Don't shoot the messenger.

Alright, based on all the dumb votes I've gotten, it's pretty clear that people like hot HOT HOTTT are not interested in impartial, objective, unbiased documentation of this particular cow. I've seen conjecture, and projection, and speculation in this subforum for the last week and a half. Have fun muddying the waters to outside observers who google this subject in 6 months. If you can't separate your emotions from a subject, and let your feelings based on hearsay influence the way you document this cow, you're only doing the cow favours. But that's none of my business.

Idk how you can watch this video and not come to the realization by the end -- based on points already raised in the quote -- that this comes across as annoying but ultimately playful.

I don't think she feared for her life or anything, but I wouldn't consider that kind of body language to be "playful" by even the most generous definition.

I had a friend who never grew out of the kind of incessant physical pestering of people that little kids think is funny. I very much doubt he presented a serious threat to anyone, but he sure was an annoying asshole that no one wanted to be around.

Bella reminds me very much of that kind of behavior in this video - a concerning disregard for boundaries and obliviousness to the fact that the other party has stopped merely playing.
