When Iconoclast said he found the voices on MLP soothing, I wish someone would have responded with "So, they sound like farts?"
He said that? Iconoclast finds the voices on MLP soothing? Whether that refers to older generations or the current one, that does make me feel that response you put would be fitting. One would wonder what he would respond with.

That bit about his ass predicting the future is funny in a fucked up kind of way

Heh, good. Kind of late though.
Honestly, I miss Icon. He was one of the funnier lolcow invasions.

Yeah I don't keep frequent tabs on him. Mainly because nothing really changes with the dude. He's still furious about being fired from his college paper 17 years ago, but is now claiming he has a new legal and PR plan to get a fat settlement from the editor (who has moved on to a professional journalism career and started a family). *sigh*

I too miss Iconoclast, he was fun to debate. He actually tried his best to answer questions. It always bummed me out when he gave up defending himself.

Good luck to him and his new lawyer, it isn't going to end well, but may be fun to check in on.

The page where he disagrees with the BWW review of his comic should be full of people telling him how much he sucks... TBH, however, I'm glad people are smarter than that. This guy just needs to go away and get a real job somewhere, even if just IMHO - that, and get a good, powerful shave.

Yeah, as an LOLcow I preferred him to child molesters like Golden Knight creeping up the place.
agreed. also, his username means i can make votum stellarum and zirkfied jokes.

After reading that blog post I realized I had forgotten how mindless he really is, it's truly amazing how much effort he expends trying to avoid taking responsibility for anything.

On the left is the second panel from a "Do's and Don't" segment I ran in my Christmas issue six years ago. On the right, a Strange Brew strip from (as of this writing) two weeks ago. Nearly identical, right down to the joke, the poses, and even the color palette.

Now I'm not saying John Deering, creator/artist of Brew, ripped me off. I am saying, as long as pinheads like this guy are in power, misunderstandings happen. Disputes are tough to arbitrate, and damaged reputations and bruised feelings take years to heal. So maybe newspaper edtors should learn to be a little more careful about casually throwing life-rending charges like plagiarism around. After all, which is easier, settling a fight with some writer or artist who's probably never read your paper but is following his lawyer's prompting, or having to pay off a furious ex-staffer whose attorney is advising him he can fatten his settlement by telling the other local rags where all the (figurative, I hope) bodies are buried?
He stalks his arch-nemesis on Facebook.

It appears I'm a hypocritical bully and @CatParty is a pinhead: http://sta.sh/014nml3oa1s

:heart-empty:

But in all honesty, it is kind of a shame to see him read good advice but reject it wholesale.
Yay! I got a shoutout!

By the way, go to the last two pictures in this post: http://usaspatriot.proboards.com/post/393316
The creepy fellow in the second-to-last panel is Charles Edwin Cranston. Furious at Jon for insulting him on the air, the sociopathic creator of "Echinadu" holds our hero hostage and vows to destroy him.

I can't save the pictures because they're in some weird ass format. And as a bonus, he has something against minority owned bodegas. Never change, Icky.

I had a long, ridiculous effortpost here, but I just don't care because Johnathon Sweet isn't worth the effort. No one else in his life thinks he is, and that will never change because he's a myopic, whiny little idiot who refuses to man the fuck up and fix his own life.

I will remark on one thing though: he did link to my post to him, and he said it described how he was too stupid and ungrateful to see how we were trying to help him. And he's absolutely right, he IS too stupid and ungrateful to see anything of the sort.

The thing is, nobody would ever confuse these two comics because you can't tell what the hell is going on in the one of the left. It looks more like the cat is unscrewing his stump from his leg.

I also noticed that he keeps putting photos of his old enemies in his comics. I'm curious if these people are aware of his antics. I'm guessing that that if MLW isn't necessarily aware of her appearances in Sonichu, then they probably wouldn't be either, respectively, considering The Iconoclast's comic is considerably more obscure. It makes me wonder if, completely unbeknownst to me, I'm a character in the comics of some crazy old acquaintance that I managed to somehow piss off years ago.

You can't help a person who refuses to help himself. Who else does that remind you of? :c
