Take some painkillers, keep the outside of it clean and for the love of god do not stick shit in it. I mean headphones, earbuds, anything that you want to put in it just don't. Put a warm cloth up to it and just hold it there for a bit- don't be a retard and make it hot enough for the cloth to steam. And try not to sleep on it.
