That is all.

For retards that don’t know what a chigger is, it’s a tiny mite that eats skin cells. They come in groups and make your feet itchy. You get them by walking on grass and other low vegetation. They aren’t contagious, and they don’t lay eggs in your skin (an old wive’s tale), but they can be annoying.

They suck but ticks are worse. Went walking through some tall grass in shorts earlier this week because I wanted to see an eagle nest.

I took one look at my legs and had a moment of being freaked out! Thankfully they were crawling on my leg hairs and not trying to bite me and burrow in yet.

If I were a woman I would likely have been screwed though.

Yeah I agree. Ticks are way worse. But I never have an issue with them. I had a dog get a tick once and never have been bitten. Chiggers on the other hand seem to love me.

Most of the time I wear hiking boots/shoes when going through short grass so they're never a real issue.

Could be where you're from, though. Chiggers are never really that bad up north, I think the local spiders make short work of them.

Bed bugs are actually worse than any of the bugs listed above but it doesn't sound like a slur. (I guess you could stretch it to sound like an STD.) Bed bugs are hell on Earth to endure, will live forever and you have to kill every single one or they'll just keep fucking. I guess the only benefit is that they don't spread disease.

I've never had the displeasure of suffering chiggers. Burweed though? That's the bane of my existence. You try to deliver your garbage to your trash container barefoot in the mornings and burweed builds walls of spikes around it to keep out pesky humans. Fuck burweed.

Anton Chigger?

Chigger fun fact: When I was little I guess I heard my grandpa say 'nigger' seven or eight too many times and then heard my dad say something about chiggers in the grass. I ended up getting chewed up by them and my mom told me I had chiggers. When my dad got home that evening he asked why I was scratching so much and I told him I had niggers because I forgot which -igger I had been afflicted by and just guessed

Nobody believed me at the time, but my cat would go out and become infested. They didn't seem to bite him and maybe just kept on the outside of his coat. When he got into bed with me a red wave would pour off and bite me. It took a while to figure out what the bites were until I saw the chiggers in action.

I stepped right in a nest of these fuckers while hiking in the Ozarks and my legs were itchy as hell for a week.

If the spiders are supposed to be eating them, they sure do a shit job because the whole place was crawling with spiders too.
