It should probably be able to make it if the crew made her water tight and the helmsman moves with the flow. Modern ships are able to bob like rubber ducks. They can even go completely under briefly before shooting back up again. There is probably not a single face on that boat that isn't green though, and they are probably pissing and shitting themselves. Probably gonna lose their containers and cranes too.
