Dude I just looked at my family's Facebook, and they're acting like this is a party.

I guess they have no worries.

There are companies that make these little waterproof orbs with chairs in them for that kind of thing and/or tsunamis.

The idea is they float safely around the flooded area and are easy to spot by rescue parties IIRC. They're also expensive and take up a bit of space though.
Survive in a pod, eat rations, potentially lose everything outside the pod.

Outside these pods building vaults as shelter is an option depending on if stuffing stir crazy Florida men into underground shelter is a good idea.

As a side note how many people are fleeing the state temporarily? Few days of warning and dealing with with congested roads is viable, air traffic and train traffic isn't a possibility.

Does anyone know how accurate this site is for tracking the hurricane's exact winds? It's making the hurricane's eye look twice as big as it was after the first eyewall replacement.

Someone linked it earlier, but I don't use it myself. Seems like a legit site though from what I glanced over it.

Max Velocity is livestreaming the hurricane coverage. 11 Tornado warnings now: Can't embed because live

This fucker is headed straight for me bros.

Do we have any verified list of Florida Kiwis? It would be nice to see who checks in after the internet comes back up just to make sure we didn't lose anyone.

You can embed it if you change the link from a /live/ one to /watch?v=
https://youtube.com/watch?v=yoi9e_kaRDEAlso remove that tracking data from the URL in the "si" parameter
Thanks! I thought I had gotten it all but my connection is a bit questionable atm.

How did it go from 7 to 8 to 11 back to 7 tornado warnings.
I understand Florida Man so much now, having to deal with hurricanes and tornadoes.
