I'm honestly surprised this site hasn't already been illegalized in some way. The world is so retarded and gay nowadays, anywhere you're allowed to speak freely seems too good to be true. I think legislation will be the death of the farms. The world wants to make it a crime to be an edgelord, and I think they might eventually succeed.

It’s kind of good to rip the bandaid off with this probably being the most likely out come and that’s good. I genuinely hope Josh does whatever he needs to to make him happy. It will be a large weight for whoever has to take the mantle next for running the forums and I’d imagine they will loose their mind from people telling them “your not null daddy”. I will also predict a mass exodus since most of the people who use the website use it because of null

To be serious for a second, you'd really need someone with Null-level mitigation skills right at the outset. Null himself had a few years to level up his skills as attacks gradually grew more serious and is now probably one of the better people in the world at keeping up a small (compared to megasites) site against the kind of attacks usually only faced by those sites.
Anyone who lacked those skills (and the armadillo thick skin) would face, at best, serious and prolonged periods of downtime while they came up to speed, and that's even if they weren't too socially vulnerable to withstand the irl attacks too.
I for one look forward to enjoying prison.
