I used ShutUp10 to get rid of every tracking and advertising bullshit from my system.

Then, I threw the standard search box in the trash and instead I use the one that's from OpenShell (formerly ClassicShell), which replaces your start menu to one of your liking (2000, XP or 7 style menus).

I use Windows 7's style start menu and it comes with the classic search box on the bottom, which is way more reliable and faster than the pozzled Windows 10 one.
