I can go to with as little as freshly squeezed lemon, with salt and black pepper for seasoning - but more & other things are good too.

For awhile I had a habit of cornmeal coating salmon and pan frying it in some oil... it seemed to potentiate the flavor (compared to baked salmon), and also gave the opportunity to crisp the skin in the skillet for a bonus delicacy.

My method:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450
  2. Place a sheet of foil on a square baking pan
    • Grease foil lightly with vegetable oil so filets don't stick
  3. Place (2) frozen salmon filets on center of foil
    • (rinse briefly under cold water so seasonings stick)
  4. Sprinkle on the following to taste:
    • seasoned salt
    • black pepper
    • salt-free steak seasoning
    • Mrs. Dash (use your favorite type)
  5. Wrap foil edges loosely over filets, leaving an opening in the top
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes
Turns out fantastic every time, easy to clean up

Wrap in plastic wrap
Gently roll until in a 1.5 in diameter roll
Freeze over night
Remove wrap
Leave out to come to comfortable temperature but DON'T let it completely thaw.
Cover in desired lubricant
Squat or lay on your back with you legs up and slow insert fish into asshole.
Shit out of mouth.

Place salmon on foil.
Wrap the salmon in the foil so no fish is visible.
Throw the foil wrapped salmon in the trash.
Order a pizza.
