Speedball sells a beginner dip pen set with a nib holder, several types and sizes of nib, ink, paper to write on, and an instructional booklet on different forms of calligraphy writing with stroke guides for every letter in the alphabet. Sheaffer sells a similar set with fountain pens instead. Either one should be a good start, just get the basics down then start scribbling shit.
