How to blow up a balloon?

Ok, silly question. But I've never gotten the technique down. I try, but I always just strain my cheeks. Any suggestions? How do you blow up balloons by mouth? Of course I could get a device to do it, but their not always to hand. Thanks.

Try taking a deep breath and blow slowly. This way you won't run out of air as quickly.

When the balloon is floating above you, blow up at it and it will go up.
