How to block India on google?

So i have this news thingy on my phone and i keep getting sites from india (.in) and other related news articles, none of which have the tag 'india'. Other countries have this tag, so i guess india is just colluding with google over this, which is petty.
I usually just block the sites that make the articles but i'd like something that does so in one swoop. Any ideas?
