How tf do I get Kingdom Come: Deliverance working?

I've been screwing with KCD but the game just keeps telling me the game dll can't load. I've seen the youtube "fixes" but none of them work for me. I copy and pasted from the windows folders in the game, tried sfw/ and reset my computer. I'm reinstalling the game now after uninstalling it. If this doesn't work, how tf can I play the game?
