To litter is to show that one has nothing but contempt for God's creation, Mother Earth, and other people.

I think littering should be punished by being fed to wild predators, or crushing to death within a trash compactor.

It’s such a jarring thing to see. As a kid we were brought up to never litter. My kids have been too, yet I see people just tossing stuff on the floor and it really annoys me.

I think the person caught should go to a 1-time class about the importance of not littering, can be done easily, the class could simply be 1 hour or so at a designated center, and you get registered that you took the session.

If you get caught again, you pay a fee; if you get caught again, you go to prison.
