How often do you use the PgUp/PgDn (Page Up/Page Down) keys?

I almost never. I just use the scroll wheel, or the trackpad, or the touchscreen if I can't use the first two.

I've only used them when playing the first two Thief games. Those games have some pretty crazy keybindings. Think I've used them in roguelikes, too.

Whenever I'm looking at another thread I've seen the page of before

There has been a feature that acts as those keys anyways, it's two arrows that appear on the bottom-right corner when you scroll a bit that function in the same way.
