How often do you shower?

What's the point in showering when you're just going to get dirty, take a shower, get dirty again requiring yet another shower leading to a endless cycle?

It's all a scheme invented by big shampoo and big water to steal your hard earned shekels

Usually twice a day, not because I'm terribly dirty. Just because it feels good to have steaming hot water on me.
I also glaze myself in body lotion after each shower, because dry skin make me itchy.

Living in an apartment complex with water and heat in the public utilities. Would be different if I had to pay the bill myself.

I shower after work. Sometimes I will go a day without showering but if I do any manual labor at all that day I always shower. Cool showers generally though, just a quick wet, soap and rinse. I'll take a hot shower if I'm going to shave my face while I'm in there.

You're not suppose to shower but once every three or so days, as the layer of dead skin that builds-up is a REALLY effective barrier deterring infections. You're also suppose to wash your hair at around the same interval, as excessive shampooing can damage your roots and scalp.

Yes, I'm being a pedantic asshole, but you asked.
