How often do you have nightmares

I used to have them more but a lot of that stopped over I became an adult with adult problems. Nowadays I usually only dream of I wake up to an early alarm and decide to go back to sleep for an hour or two. The rare nightmare of the spooky monster variety usually ends with Me turning into a space marine and solving the problem

Im not sure how to classify a nightmare as an adult. If its a dream that causes fear then its probably twice a year max that id have them.

I have lucid dreams all of the time however, but they vary between having super powers, engaged in soap opera tier drama, or navigating twilight zone. All three leave me somewhat enraged when I wake up.
