How often do you change your bedsheets? - I assume some of you are being cared for in long-term psychiatric facilities so if you don't change them yourself just choose as appropriate for your carers\guards

None of the above, maybe every 3 month or so. Until the sheets feel too moist.

Weekly, sometimes more than that if weather's hot and I'm sweating my ass off in bed

Pillowcases more often than that

Every day. If I changed them less frequently, the eldritch horrors would start to emerge.
