I dunno, Chris's drawing style looks terribly slow and awkward to me. He also loses interest in things fairly quickly. Taking a wild guess, I'd say a page takes 3-4 hours on average.
Didn't he say (in one phone cal,l I think one of Alec's) that it took him about an hour to do a page? and then he would had to add lettering on Photoshop.

I'll assume six to eight years per page considering the fact that he still hasn't uploaded a single page since, like, 2010. Whereas Hunger Mythos takes less than an hour to make stuff like this:

huh, so sum that and the time it takes to scan them (because scanning is a hard, backbreaking activity) and it should take him about 2 hours...
But then take into consideration the fact that he was talking to Alec, so he was probably exaggerating, and we're back to 30min to an hour per page maybe.
I assume a big chunk of it is really making himself do it. 10-30mins for drawing and coloring sounds about right, but inflated to a few hours because HES WORKIN ON IT
Yes, he did. But he's made threats to stop drawing the comic many times before.
While we haven't seen anything new in years now, it's entirely possible that he got it into his head that denying us "trolls" his comic is negatively affecting our lives.

Yeah, this was my impression. Then again, he struggles with measurement. He might not have any idea, and thinks it sounds generous to say an hour, especially to a discerning Alec Benson-Leary.
I think it takes like ten minutes to draft the "lines", and about twenty minutes to scribble in the colors. I have no idea how poorly he uses a computer, but given that most his text editing looks like MSpaint, it probably takes him ~10 minutes in photoshop to manage that. He also does spot coloring in photoshop, but I doubt that's more than a couple minutes on the odd page.
