He would not tell the rapist about the syphilis, because he himself didn't know he had syphilis.

It would be up to the rapist to be very careful about not being infected.

I read a theory years ago that a possible source for his insane anti semitism was contracting syphilis from a Jewish prostitute when he was a starving artist in Vienna.

Subsequent revelations that he was hoped up on essentially Crystal meth explains the madness, but perhaps there was a grain of truth in the aforementioned theory.

Perhaps he was raped by a circumcised man, and his speed addled brain put two and two together and came up with gas chambers for anyone lacking a foreskin?

He already got gang raped by everybody else in Europe (not any Spaniards or Swiss or Swedes, that's kinda weird tbh) and some guy named Yank too, and he killed himself over it. So I guess he'd kill himself again
