in my 20s work online no friends, mainly talk to people at Church all much older than me. Never was able to make friends at other jobs don't have many hobbies. Any autist have tips? as the years drag on it gets more dull

If you have any hobbies find local groups that also share the hobbies. If you like tabletop games or are interested in them some game shops setup game nights and stuff like that. I know there are some websites that have local group meetups you can do as well.

If it's online maybe you can try Reddit or Discord, as there are good people that use those platforms, it's just not the norm.

I just go to the bar and play pool. Then people buy me shots. I buy them shots. Friendships ensue. Honestly not all that difficult.
