But yes, I do like my eggs scrambled with onions, green peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, basil, and crushed red pepper. Indeed, I am a chef.

Over hard is worse for you, though I can't remember exactly why.

I am blessed with simple tastes.
Scrambled eggs, couple slices of bacon, some toast and a cup of Folger's and I'm a happy camper.

I eat eggs completely raw and still inside the shell. The eggshell adds a satisfying crunch and is a good source of calcium.
