Let's say you end up with a co-worker (or many) who are very open about their political views. They are incredibly insufferable about it and actively say the dumbest shit, but you don't want to actually say what you think because you'll get fired for having "problematic" views. How do you go about this?

Smile, nod, and keep working. Do not engage. Eventually, they will leave you alone. These are basic adult coping skills, that you will hone over decades.

I’m no looksmaxxer but being swole is scientifically proven to be a charisma buff. I’ve literally had a chick gossip to me about a “chud” in her office while I’m standing in front of her wearing confederate and swastika patches on my jacket.

Depends on what your objectives are. If you simply want to get by then simply smile and nod along, or play dumb. "Jeez dude, like... I am not all that into politics you know?"

If you want to do something fun then pretend to be excited about it, infiltrate their groups, gather all the evidence that you can and forward it to a competent authority like management or some responsible strangers on the interwebz :)
