Logic would lead any normal person to the conclusion that skinning your penis, carving a hole through your pelvic floor muscles, and shoving the inside out remains of said penis into that hole would result in damage to the delicate nerves and tissue that contribute to orgasm. But god is dead so that very basic logic is rare to come by.

According to MtF trannies they experience cosmic full body orgasm every time they feel inclined to, but it’s complete propoganda and lies.
