How do I stop feeling like shit?

  • Better sleep. Maybe get a better pillow.
  • Not sleeping on a couch or sofa (with some exceptions).
  • Taking a hot shower before bed.
  • Not taking stimulants that can have strange side effects depending on how your body handles them.
  • Have a healthy breakfast full of fats, protein, and Cholesterol (not joking).
  • Cutting out certain foods you might be allergic to like tomatoes or sulfates (in whine and eggs).
  • Clean your room.
  • Go to a doctor. They're all quacks and charlatans, but maybe as a last resort you have something simple that can be cured with antibiotics.
  • Don't hold in feces and-or urine. (KF is famous for its autism)
  • Computer monitors can cause headaches. Maybe take a break to clean room.
  • Test your environment for toxic chemical leak. (possibly suffering from poisoning)
  • Eat cake.
I can't think of anything else. @Slimy Time already said it, but masturbate is a good idea too.
 
Stop caring. Relish in your maladjusted nature and live for the feeling of letting people down. Look at the things that are wrong in the world, and laugh at them. It's easier than dealing with them, and the world laughs with you. That's why I'm here, anyhow.
 
Suicide is an answer, whether it's a good one is up to you.

You could try eating healthy, working out. It's a reason for why fat people are such a emotional mess.
