I keep spacing/blacking out and I don't know what I'm doing half the time and then I'm naked again chewing on a pillow and smoking doesn't really do much except help me keep my clothes on.

What makes for a successful meth addict is moderation. If your blacking out and naked and chewing on a pillow, give yourself a meth cut-off time.

Try stop snorting meth by early afternoon—some say around 2pm. This gives your body a lot of time to metabolize the meth so you're not alert as you try to get rest.

If you're cutting back on meth, you might find that you're a little constipated. Add fiber-rich foods like oatmeal, nuts, berries, and broccoli to help your digestion!
There's a good treatment out there for meth addiction. It's a bit off-label atm, but it's gaining traction in medical circles.
So what you do is, you get someone or yourself, to inject some lead, around about 9.7g, into your frontal cortex, typically.
You likely won't roll around naked chewing on a pillow, the effect will be instant. You won't have to worry about meth anymore after that.
