Train dogs to stay at the the foot of the bed, or do not get on the bed at all. Supply them with their own throw blanket. Better, give them a bed of their own near the foot of your bed so they are within vicinity of you, but not encroaching on your space.

My wife is more of a bed hog than the dogs.
