Just stop drinking so much caffeine, you will return to a regular level of wakefulness without needing it. Anymore than coffee a day is a scam.
Remember Sodas, Tea and Energy drinks all have caffeine also and it adds up.

Don't cold turkey, taper off like someone else mentioned. If your normal dosing was like 500mg or even 1g a day taper to half that for a week and then halve it again or in more normie speak take half of whatever your caffeinated drinks normally were for a week and then halve it again. Ideally take tea instead of coffee when tapering because it'll have the slight caffeine + l-Tyrosine & l-Theanine which will help with headaches in general.

You can't, you'll give yourself a horrible headache. Just taper off.
The caffeine headache is no joke. I've done withdrawals off proper nasty drugs and still remember the caffeine headache. Probably cos it was such a suprise.
But yeah there's no point at all going through a horrible wd for it. Just ease off.

I abuse almost everything I like. This was the easiest shit to kick off ever and I easily drunk 4 a day. I am not even sure what withdrawal we're talking about. Find a new routine to replace coffee is probably the best advice.

Give into temptation, you know you want it.

I agree with tapering off. I quit caffeine a few times and quitting cold turkey means 2 weeks of fucking hell, headaches, lethargy and generally grumpiness.

Overall, it's good to be off caffeine. Better mood, energy, and my joints and muscles feel much better.
