Ever since I was a kid, I was to scared to interact with males. Eventually when I became a teenager, I got more sociable but as an adult I still feel uncomfortable around them.

Exposure therapy is the only solution. Sadly they may take you just trying to have casual conversation as sexual interest. It's a difficult situation. If you have any male family members who aren't your father, try talking with them more regularly.

Women acting uncomfortable around men makes men uncomfortable. Men aren't rodentia, they can pick up on it.

The delivery and approach differs but all 75-80% of men are going to do is simp, defer to and worship women. So you have to be legit bio-female actual retard to not pick up on that.

It's so bad even ugly women can score all day on dating apps anytime they want. Crippled women, deformed women, poor women, unpleasant women, etc.

There is a reason you feel uncomfortable and that's because male/female friendships don't exist. You can be polite and cordial to them and all that but don't get close enough that they'd consider you a friend. It will almost always eventually lead to them wanting more than that. Don't show interest in a man unless you want to date him.

Focus on finding other female friends since that's something women actually need.

Don’t bitch about your problem and talk about something autistic, anything from what flavor sci-fi they like to how make a chair or something.
And if you dont know anything about the topic they will teach you.
