I am not open about my ideological views IRL for obvious reasons but I can't help myself but subconciously frown/flinch when I encounter a pride/troon flag in public.
So far this wasn't a problem but I'll soon have to move into a heavily leftist area and if anyone clocks me there as not tolerant to this kind of stuff I'm done for.
So how do I prevent them from noticing that and subsequently getting my skull bashed in by antifa?

Go to the gym and lift, do boxing or BJJ or both, get a concealed carry permit and learn to shoot.

After that it literally doesn't matter because no niggerfaggot leftoid will risk saying something to you if he noticed you frowning at a fag pride flag.

Alreday doing the first two things, the latter is hard because I'm a eurofag.

Don't worry about it too hard.
Don't offer your opinions on things unless specifically asked, and even then try to find some sort of noncommittal middle ground in order to avoid hate speech laws or something. IDK how it works in your country but I assume Eurofag countries are pretty bad with the ability to straight up say "trannies and gays need the oven".

I feel the same. I try to be nice as possible but not get too close. There are a few at my job so I have to watch my language and not say things like "hey guys" or compliment people like "oh you must attract all the ladies". I also hate how coworkers want to communicate with you outside of work. I only go to work to do work, I don't actually want to be friends with niggers, faggots, soys, and unwashed spics who don't know English.
