How do I cut down on saying nigger?

Just don't say it. There was a time when I said it a lot, to the point people in my life noticed. Over time I became more conscious of it and now I rarely say it even on Kiwi Farms. I actually feel better for it, there's a healthiness to letting other people control your mind, but there's also a healthiness in not rolling around in muck just because you can.
