how do i convert files in my file manager

im on windows vomits and i downloaded mad at the internet for offline viewing but i want to switch full time to linux and delete windows but it takes up so much storage on the drive i want to convert it from video to audio all i can find are shitty websites that take forever to convert and never do suggestions?

YAMB is what I've used in the past for demuxing mp4s but there's probably a better frontend by now.

That, or figure out ffmpeg as suggested further upthread. "ffmpeg demux mp4" or "ffmpeg extract audio" will probably get you stack overflow results you need.

That said I'll second the suggestion that if this is giving you issues you may want to avoid Linux until you get pretty comfortable with doing things in the CLI.
