In the strictest sense, sure, but virtually every person can have sex, just not always with someone they'd want to, and "incels" just seem to be people with unreasonable standards.

2. Wear cargo shorts and Wal-Mart graphic tees at all times.
3. Either become a tranny or dedicate your life to destroying the tranny menace.
4. Publicly express an unfavorable stance on a modern Disney property.
5. Become extremely underweight or overweight.
6. Fantasize about society collapsing and yourself becoming a benevolent dictator.

Actually no. Being an incel is about having victim mentality. Yes incels have real struggles but they are over-exaggerating them.
Incels are very fuckin sexist so a regular woman isn't good enough.
