If you wanna glow in the dark, break into a nuclear power plant and roll yourself into toxic waste. You might even get some super powers.

1. Keep your record clean especially no psychiatric diagnoses or substance abuse related anything.
2. Go to ivy league or go to normal school on ROTC
3. Military with a job specialty that requires ts/sci clearance
4. shoot your big toe off and get a purple heart
5. get hired by 3 letter agency and glow your heart out, glownigger.
