I know a decent bit of the strong nuclear force and quantum chromodynamics. But there's one bit that I really need explained to my smooth brain:

What is it that is actually kicking the initial quark out of the nucleon here? I am confuse. :(
 
in the beginning all the protons and neutrons were flying through space on their own
then god decided that he wants them to form molecules, so he let loose a massive cumshot all across the universe, which acts like superglue that keeps the protons and neutrons attached to each other
