Context.

Is Arial the best font? Is Comic Sans better than Times New Roman? Is Wingdings more appropriate than Calibri? A font which works for memes may not work for a professional powerpoint presentation. A font which makes blocks of text easy to read may not be suited for a highway billboard or corporate logo. A font's suitability depends on the context in which we're using it.

Without first being clear about the context of our analysis, we cannot say definitely which font is "best".
