How can I make it so whatever minor sound in my ear doesn't become a problem and I don't have to be paranoid? I switched to the tactic of Coping with some of the sounds in my ear so hoping something like this won't be a big deal for me in the future. But sometimes my ear goes a bit out a whack and anxiety races. I want it so that if my ear pops, I won't get a jolt of anxiety and I won't dwell on it. I just want it to whenever my ear pops. I could just go about my day.

Shooting a large gun with no ear protection should do the trick. Hope this helps!
Yeah. That noise would scare the shit out of me more than a popping ear ever would. But I'm actually used to loud concerts and fireworks. I just get too overwhelmed when a loud car (especially ones that create a shockwave sound) passes by, Smoke Detectors going off and whatever is inside my ear. A jolt of anxiety also happens when I hit my head on something too. Oh, and the loudest dogs scare the shit out of me too.

have you tried not being an autist?
You should try that first.
Well I tried to make sure I don't get angry over the fact sonic has blue arms and although that succeeded well. The noises I hear still feels amplified and hard to ignore. I wish I could ignore them and not have it make me jolt when I hear it. I want it so either my ear stops popping or that I don't get a jolt when my ear pops.

You should be angrier at the first thing, honestly.

Yeah I agree. The first part was a joke, I stopped being a sonicfag since 2010. But so far. I am getting more used to the occasional popping in my ear even though I jolt a little. The louder ones are way harder to ignore but usually happens when I abuse my ears. So I decided to just take the advice on not making a big deal out of the occasional sudden pops and I hope that will work so I don't dwell on it. I realized everyone gets it so maybe if I leave my ears alone, It would just go by like nothing ever happened. I just know my ear will never stop popping so I'm just gonna try to leave my ears alone so when it happens, it's just nothing significant. I completely gave up forcing it to stop popping since everyone gets it and it's just a merely normal thing. Something I should've done a long time ago.

You should take the above advice of the gunfire, but make sure the gun is right behind your ear when fired. Won't have no more sound issues then. And if you do, well you're just really gonna have to shove the barrel in and try discharging the weapon directly into your canal.

Drown it out with other noise

The only reason your hearing it is because you are hyperfocusing on it nigger. Remember you also have all those floaty things that are on the edge of your vision all the time and you need to swallow your spit which also makes that annoying sound in your ears.

Your welcome :)
