Literally dying of hay-fever.
Thought it would be the last few weeks of work that dealt the killing blow but I think the histamine is going to take me down before the rage aneurism.
 
The interview requests continue but will the momentum continue too? Not sure if I aced the last interview or not.

Also my unit raised the rent for the next guy coming in by a benjamin and it's a grim reminder of the eternal cost of living crisis I'm stuck in.

good luck! if they're coated make sure you don't use anything metal on them and if they're ceramic coated you may have to season them like Stainless for best results

I wish electricians doing retrofits would think sometimes. Like maybe not cut foundation vents to let rodents and insects in, not using the old galvanized pipes to support wires, when I realized it as the old pipes were being ripped out for replacement.

After all of the local ones never called back or said they didn't want the job for a new subpanel I said f-this and did it myself.

This weekend was prepping the conduit for the EV charger location so I could measure and get the wire ordered. (Local: $4.50/ft, on-line: $1.50, sorry local store, but screw that)
 
My interview today went great, sounded like the CEO really liked me, and I liked talking to him. Hopefully they get back to me soon, it sounded like they wanted me to talk to one other person.

I feel you. Just started treatment for my hay-fever October last year and I really hope it works. Guess I will see in 2-3 years. I feel like it's a little bit less severe for me this year, but could also be placebo effect.

I hope you're having fun. If you are then come over to Africa in April a week from now. It's a giant hood party that gets held every year at the creepy abandoned church up the street from where you were.
 
Doing okay honestly. It's amazing how much not getting more sleep helped, but by going to bed at the same time every night. I always got enough sleep but never on a consistent schedule and I'm way less tired when I wake up.

It's allergy season again and I can already feel it so yay for months of congestion 😒
 
I managed to shapen my knifes to the point I can shave my arm hair with them,

With a chingchong amazon whetstone and an old leather belt.

I feel like a champ
 
I knew my coworkers would suffer in my absence, but fistfights were NOT on my bingo card. Jesus wept. I'm looking for a new job while I'm still on vacation, as is most of the department apparently.

It just sucks because so much of the issues come from the decisions of these higher-up administrators that hardly spend an hour in the building, let alone my department. I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's not that they don't know how to do their jobs. It's that they don't know how to do MINE.
 
Got an offer for the job I wanted the most out of all my applications.

Loud trucks are out, frogs are chirping, beer is cold, it's a nice night.
 
im doing really bad....i just had my SECOND rotator cuff surgery in the last 2 months....it hurts. a lot. i have never been as helpless or as in pain as this before. the 1st failure was my retarded nigger ass fault, because i thought i was healed way..WAY too soon, and i went driving, and popped everything out of place, resulting in 2 months of agonizing painful wait, until he could get me back in last week.

this started from tripping over my kids wheelchair, he was having a seizure, so i freaked out and ran to get his dad, tripping over the goddamn thing and faceplanting in the hallway (faceplanting??armplanting??), and breaking my shoulder, and tearing all my tendons. not fun. *sigh*
