I just got two kittens! Gracie is the grey one, Lizzy is the greyish/whitish one:

Other than that, my seizures seem to be getting worse. :(
 
I marched in a parade yesterday. Surprisingly enjoyable experience. I had to stand still for like 30 minutes because we started late, but still.
 
man I'm not doing so good.

I really hate modern society, feel so out of place, disconnected and disillusioned with it.
 
I haven't played poker in years, but today I got the urge. So I signed up for a site, used the most "old granny" sounding nickname I could think of (dorothy1951) to mislead my opponents, selected a cat avatar to go with it, and within an hour quadrupled my starting money (the max buy-in) and cashed out before I lost it all.

All in all it was a good day.
 
I got my first ever job today. I'm kinda terrified, but I guess I'm supposed to go in tomorrow to fill out some paperwork. It's nothing special, just bagging groceries, but it's a massive step for me. Hopefully I don't self-destruct like I've done in the past. All I know is I might need a lot of cigs to deal with the anxiety.
 
I saw a truck carrying Chimpanzees. I introduced myself, realized I had nothing useful to tell the man, and told him to have a nice day.

The great thing about being middle aged is I immediately find my own awkwardness amusing, instead of crawling into a shame hole.
 
first day of work went well. my coworkers seem pretty nice so far. I was exhausted though. I'm supposed to go in again today, but I feel like shit right now so idk how it's gonna go.
