Decided to check in on TeaHRT.
Their clearnet site is back up, although they're currently closed for the holidays. They also deleted all their Bluesky posts [archive] at some point.
The DIY HRT homebrewing kit [archive] was also removed (404s) from the site, at least for now. TeaHRT is still accepting "pre-orders" for raw estradiol powder though.
Looking at some recent mentions of DIY HRT on Bluesky:
Keffals is totally unrepentant.
Miscellaneous lunacy:
Over on pReddit (r/TransDIY):
Lol, I didn't even consider this before... but yeah, I have no doubt that there are troons dumb enough to ask ChatGPT for medical advice.
Look at this guy, for example. Just painfully stupid.
Claim you're a woman -> take estrogen -> become sad that you can no longer maintain an erection.
And on the other side of the spectrum, here's a lil pooner who somehow didn't know about testosterone causing vaginal atrophy (or maybe thought it magically wouldn't happen to her). Obviously did zero research before she started injecting T.
Claim you're a man -> take testosterone -> get scared when you start bleeding everytime you have vaginal sex.
Unrelated, but sounds like DIY HRT vendors are still having trouble, btw.
Finally, here's a 14-year-old boy asking the subreddit for advice on "DIY puberty blockers".

Not a single commenter dissuaded him. The thread has been up for three days already, so clearly the mods didn't care to lock it and no one bothered to report it either.
This commenter says he's seen Lupron on some DIY vendor sites, btw:

edit: I went looking for Lupron, but I don't see it listed (publicly, at least) on any of the major DIY HRT vendor sites. This guy might be referring to the sketchy Chinese & Indian manufacturers / online pharmacies that are used to source raw estradiol powder. Probably unsurprising if they also sell Lupron, etc.
But still, it's crazy that "DIY puberty blockers" are even being discussed on Reddit... I'll have to keep an eye out for this in the future.
