100% agreed on every point you made. It's only a matter of time before we see terminally online troons rolling into their local ERs with infections and other complications from contaminated troonshine. They do not have the pharmacology knowledge needed to keep everything sterile and keep their batches consistent, and they most certainly are not endocrinologists. Messing with hormones without some kind of medical oversight is a very dangerous game, and I hope not many people die before the gubment starts taking homebrew troonshine seriously. The only idea I have to make it safer is homebrew kits that come directly from an endocrinologist. But even then, blue-haired trannys will find a way to mess up idiot-proof directions. Marketing this stuff to kids and giving them instructions on how to hide it is probably the most egregious thing about this. People would give less of a fuck about trannys if they take a tip from Pink Floyd and leave them kids alone.

And its funny, because the people who are on legitimately, medically-needed HRT (for things like hypothyroidism, early menopause/removal of gonads due to cancer, adrenal insufficiency, etc etc) get their hormones tested a lot in the beginning while they dial in the right dose, and usually every few months for the first year, then at minimum yearly after that.

The difference there, of course, is since these people actually need it, they can usually tell their doctor when they feel their body is being over- or under-supplemented. And there are established medical protocols written from years of evidence-based research.

Actual life-saving medical care.
 
I don't understand. How do you get the product into a vial for injection, ensuring sterility? If given a bag of medical saline, told to boil it then inject myself with it at home, this issue is still encountered. Any heroin kiwis help me out.

Fungal spores are everywhere and alcohol does not remove them. If none of this is done asceptically and the delivery device isn't gamma-irridiated or bathed in basic, aren't you just injecting harmful fungi into your bloodstream?

Well, I mean actual lawsuits for wrongful death from families, or even just the troons dumb enough to inject this stuff in the first place. Because you can sue in both of those circumstances and it doesn’t matter if other troons oppose the plaintiff
