If it's illegal to sell pre-prepared vials it's equally illegal to sell raw powders so im not sure what the purpose of this is

When I used to juice some guys got into homebrewing but it's honestly a lot more heat importing large quantities of illegal raw powders than just buying vials as you need them. Also given how unhygienic and useless your average troon is then this is going to be fucking abscess city. Apparently there's quite an art to getting the hormones soluble in the carrier oil, but troons are lazy and slapdash and will probably just keep adding boric acid and well enjoy that pain. Seriously I've had vials where the lab has used high BA levels because they've dosed them high and wew lad the next few days after a hot shot like that is not fun.

Also some retards are going to be upgrading a possession charge to a manufacturing one
